We saw these beautiful windmills when we were cruising to Copenhagen, Denmark from Norway and just about to reach the port. This was a one night cruise. In morning, we had our breakfast on board and then once we disembarked at Copenhagen, we left for the city tour. We visited Tivoli Gardens located in the heart of the city, Christiansburg palace followed by city orientation tour which includes Renaissance Stock Exchange, Danish Parliament and the famous statue of the Little Mermaid.

The Little Mermaid: This is a bronze statue by Edvard Eriksen, depicting a mermaid becoming human. The sculpture is displayed on a rock by the waterside at the Langelinie promenade. This is a Copenhagen icon and has been a major tourist attraction since its unveiling in 1913.
