Helsinki - Capital of Finland. It is a Northern European nation bordering Sweden, Norway and Russia. Helsinki occupies a peninsula and surrounding islands in the Baltic Sea.
Kuopio
It is located in the eastern part of Finland. The city is surrounded by beautiful lakes and several part of it is built on islands. Kuopio has always been a city of education. Some of the first schools offering education in Finnish were established in Kuopio.
Rovaniemi
This is where we crossed the Arctic Circle (66°31'N) to enter the incomparable and unspoiled Lapland. We then took a stop at the Santa Claus Village to meet the Father Christmas himself.
