iCrossing (Toyota) - Digital Product Agency

iCrossing is a Digital Product agency based in Santa Monica. Its mission is to bring TOYOTA to the world through digital products and experiences.

Joined in 2016 as a Technical Program Manager (2016 - 2018) and was part of Digital Product Engineering group. I have listed my detailed journey below:

  1. Drive execution and delivery of software engineering programs/projects using AGILE methodology:

    • Ensure on-time delivery of initiatives, programs, and projects with high quality and availability; be execution focus and resume full end to end ownership on delivery.

    • Responsible for all phases of agile program management lifecycle from program initiation to planning to execution and closure.

    • Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).

    • Proactively manage risks and issues, escalate in a timely manner.

    • Be very hands-on and always in the know of every aspect of the programs. Be the one person that can answer all delivery and program statuses related questions. 

  2. Collaborate with Partners: Saatchi & Saatchi LA:

    • Work with Integrated Producers, Creative Leads and Designers on TOYOTA account.

    • Collaborate on digital footprint across all digital mediums, creating comps, prototypes, animations, decks, presenting to clients, and overseeing every detail through launch.

  3. Facilitate Release & Deployment planning:

    • Work with Product leads and Engineering leads on release planning based on business priorities and new information that emerges.

    • Manage impediments, and drive consensus in engineering teams and between business and technologies and advocate / negotiate needs on cross-team dependencies. 

    4. Govern and improve processes:

    • Gather feedback from cross-functional teams and contribute to process evolution and scale.

    • Stand up new processes, evangelize the best practices, sees bigger picture and work to manage to broader vision.

    • Drive continuous improvement to processes based on feedback and changing business needs.

    • Coach teams on agile best practices that fit the team culture and meet business requirements and needs.
