Tesla’s mission is to accelerate world’s transition to sustainable energy.
Joined in 2018 as a Technical Program Manager and was part of Digital Products Engineering group. I have listed my detailed journey below:
Using AGILE Methodology, I drove EXECUTION and DELIVERY of KEY Engineering Initiatives (US, EMEA and APAC). Below is the list of initiatives I focused on in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, analytics team, UX team, engineering and sales:
TESLA.com (Lead Gen - Home Page, Feature Pages for Model S/X/3, Test Drive Pages for Model S, X and 3)
In Store Digital (Kiosks, Video Wall, Marketing App, Retail Stores)
Tesla APPS (iOS and Android)
Foundation (AEM - Core Team for Tesla.com)
TSS (Tesla Scheduling System)
TRT (Tesla Retail Tool)
Model S|X migration.
Cross Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with smaller teams to ensure the team is making progress as per the plan.
Partnering with Analytics teams to drive scaled experimentation in order to inform recommendations and roadmaps.
Establish KPIs for measuring program success, experimental results and ongoing operational performance.
Present findings and suggestions with ample justification and practical advice.
Assist the business in implementing solutions and resolving any discrepancies.
Resource Management & Localization:
Oversee end-to-end localization workflow using our translation management tools and systems.
Manage people and how to effectively leverage them.
Support operational excellence by providing accurate and timely information, accountability, meeting commitments and ensuring efficient use of Tesla resources.
Coordination and Communication:
Maintain timely, clear lines of communication with co-workers, management and executives.
Responsible for building strong relationships, creating informal networks and coordinating among groups.
