I joined in 2020 as a Diretor of Technical Program Management Team; part of Digital Products Engineering group. I was responsible for delivery of technical programs for digital products (Mobile + Web) and for providing an oversight to a team of technical program managers to use agile practices and SAFe framework for the planning, execution and delivery of products across Healthcare, SAAS and Fintech.
The transformation of health care is one of the biggest stories of our time, and Kaiser Permanente has boldly emerged as an innovator. To meet evolving care demands, Kaiser Permanente tapped us across design, engineering and product strategy to build, launch, and optimize their digital ecosystem.
From building a digital experience to handling client’s fraud claims without needing to lift a finger, we built and provided tools for FRB that take all the hassle off of their client’s hands - ultimately ensuring FRB’s digital experience is a natural extension of their brand promise.
