GOAL : To bridge the physical and the digital with world class customer service.

Role & Responsibilities : Drive the delivery of the main consumer facing iOS and Android application.

• Focus on driving execution and progress on key work-streams with executive stakeholder engagement and buy-in, in line with overall Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

• Drive team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, render assistance to remove roadblocks and successfully implement technology projects using Agile framework.

• Authors effective, clear, concise, and relevant communication for program/project stakeholders, including executive leadership.

• Develops strong working relationships with business partners, subject matter experts, support functions, and other key stakeholders.

• Ensures project governance is established and observed. Constructs program reporting and tracking framework and benchmarks.

Implementing Zelle Feature - The goal of this feature is provide a convenient and secure way for users to send and receive money digitally.

My Role & Responsibilities

• Delivered a digital experience for FRB customers which enables them to seamlessly deposit, transfer, fund, and pay to conduct commerce.

• Collaborated with peers and other leaders to visualize, strategize, prioritize, implement, and measure our impact and growth of Money movement digital products and digital engagement, to maximize digital product value to the bank.

• Partnered with Product managers, delivery managers, architects, UX Design, scrum masters, business lines and other program managers to evangelize the best solutions and facilitate execution across various stakeholders.

• Created the project schedule, milestones to track and report progress, to identify and mitigate risks, to removing blockers to ensure that the feature is released to market in time on both ios and android platform.

• Overall, defined the way of driving these critical features and constantly find ways of improving the process in a data-driven manner.

Managing stakeholders

• First and foremost while working with a stakeholder, it’s important to understand their vision, constraints and interests

• It’s important to engage stakeholders continuously to establish trust.

• Don’t just be a proxy between a stakeholder and the Engineering team instead, act as an owner and increase your mandate.

Collaboration with Engineers

• It’s important to start with a WHY when connecting with a Engineer.

• Be transparent and involve them early so the ownership is shared.

• Focus on building strong empathetic relationship with them.
